Emergency Maintenance
• R
eplacing a damaged bulkhead connector is
the most common emergency.
• Re-wiring of CTD connectors is difficult.
We recommend that maintenance on the
instrument’s electronics be left to SBE.
• Connector replacements on modular sensors
are easier to perform.
